  • Penetration Sealing: Suitable for single, multiple, and mixed penetrations in concrete and masonry structures.

  • Integration with Other Products: Can be used in combination with other firestop products for comprehensive fire protection solutions.

  • 🛠️ Installation Guidelines

  • Surface Preparation: Clean and pre-moisten the sides of the opening. Ensure that cables and cable trays are dry and free from dust, oil, or grease.

  • Mixing: Mix CP 636 firestop mortar in a mortar-to-water ratio of about 3:1 by volume. Pour water first, then add CP 636 into the bucket. Mix thoroughly using a drilling machine and mixer. Do not add any other binding agents or additives.

  • Application: Apply the ready-mixed mortar with a trowel or pump into the prepared opening. Compact the mortar to eliminate gaps and voids. Smooth the surface as with ordinary concrete.

  • Form Removal: Depending on the consistency, forms can typically be removed after 4 hours for wall applications.
